FOR THIS YEARS FAIR WE HAVE FALCONRY AND LURCHER RACING DEMONSTRATIONS FROM RIDGESIDE FALCONRY

                      CUMBERLAND & WESTMORLAND WRESTLING

This famous Cumbrian sport will be taking place in the ring adjacent to the main arena

             from about 3.00 pm

The Fell Pony Display Team

Will be giving two displays during the day

TERRIER RACING Great fun, there will be a terrier racing demonstration in the main ring at the start of the show,

followed by a competition later in the day.  This is open to all comers, they don't even have to be terriers!!

SHEEP SHOW & CLIPPING DEMONSTRATIONS In the sheep rings

HANG GLIDING DISPLAY - There will be a flying display by hang gliders from the top of Coniston Old Man, landing st the showfield (Weather permitting)

ARCHERY

Once again there will be a chance to have a go at this ancient pastime - Test your aim, hit the target & have a bit of fun, all under the supervision of qualified instructors
